About  Ms. Hunter

Dear Parents, Guardians, & Students,

I am thrilled to be in a profession I truly enjoy!  Every day is an adventure, and I'm glad to travel with your child this year!

I enjoy learning about everyone's family and feel it is only fair that you know a little about me.  This is my seventh year at Tamarack.  Prior to teaching at Tamarack, I taught eight years at Central City Elementary School.  I have an Associate 's Degree in a business related field from Madisonville Community College, a Bachelor's Degree

in Elemenary Education from WKU, a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in reading from WKU, and a Counseling Degree from WKU.

I live with my two dogs, Bailey and Monet, and a cat who thinks he's a dog, G. T.

My interests and hobbies are golf, biking, Zumba, listening to music, traveling,

visiting art museums, studying Spanish, and gardening.

I am originally from Muhlenberg County but live within biking distance of Tamarack!

I look forward to getting to know your child and providing them with the warm, nuturing, fun environment in which to learn.
